This Agreement is an understanding between The Last Codebender LLC and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.

11. Refund Policy

You are eligible for a full refund of your Program payment only if you meet ALL of the following criteria within 6 months of your enrollment date:

a) You have not secured a software development job. b) You have completed the entire accelerator program curriculum. c) You have attended at least four (4) Q&A sessions in the community. d) You have actively participated in the community by posting all required milestone updates. e) You have applied to at least 250 recently funded AI startups using our provided strategy. f) You have reached out to at least 200 hiring decision-makers (minimum one per company applied to). g) You have built and deployed at least six (6) projects as specified in the Program. h) You have updated your resume and LinkedIn profile according to Program guidelines. i) You sent us your resume and LinkedIn profile for review before applying for jobs. j) You have published at least twenty (20) LinkedIn posts following Program guidelines. k) You have contacted us prior to each job interview received. l) You have proactively communicated job search challenges to us at least 45 days before the end of the 6-month guarantee period, allowing sufficient time for our team to provide guidance and support in your job search process.

To verify eligibility for a refund, you must:

Complete our refund eligibility form

Participate in a mandatory Zoom call with our team

Provide the following documentation:

LinkedIn messages showing job search communications

Calendar showing interview schedules

Emails showing job applications

GitHub/deployment platforms showing completed projects

Any other relevant documentation requested to verify completion of requirements

Refund requests:

Can only be submitted after the 6-month period

Can only be submitted once

Must include all required documentation

Are subject to verification during a mandatory Zoom call

Will not be considered if any eligibility criteria are not met

12. Course Materials

The course materials provided by The Last Codebender LLC are for personal use only. You agree not to share, distribute, or resell any course materials to individuals who are not enrolled in the course. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your access to the course and potential legal action..
